You will be working as a member of a production support team and under the guidance of an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) in McKinney, Texas. **What You Will Do:** + Troubleshoot and isolate failures to root cause on Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), modules, components, and test sets. + Issues could range across a variety of fields such as analog, digital, RF, power, and software interfaces. + Resolve hardware and process issues encountered during production and sustainment. + Interpret and apply engineering documentation, including schematics, assembly drawings, wire lists, and parts lists. + Analyze production test data to verify compliance with specifications and identify anomalies or trends. + Work within a cross-functional team environment to maintain production schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives. + Provide daily onsite technical support in a high-mix production and lab environment. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically
