## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
 * 9+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or related disciplines
 * Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large relational databases
 * Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
 * Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions
 * Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences
 * Experience defining and monitoring key business metrics and KPIs
 * Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills

## Description

* Analyze large datasets and business trends to identify opportunities, risks, and performance improvement initiatives
 * Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports
 * Partner with product owners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs)
 * Translate business questions into data-driven analyses and recommendations
 * Perform data validation, quality assurance, and root-cause analysis to ensure reporting accuracy
 * Create visualizations and dashboards that communicate complex information clearly and effectively
 * Develop ad hoc analyses and recurring reporting solutions for business stakeholders
 * Present findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and business partners
 * Support strategic initiatives through metrics development, performance monitoring, and analytics
