## About the Role

Experience: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Technical Skills:

 * Experience in Java Application Development, including multi-threading, Spring, and SQL.
 * Strong knowledge of Java 8 or later, the Spring framework, and RESTful APIs.
 * Familiarity with Microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
 * Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Gradle, CI/CD, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
 * Exposure to Kafka or Google Pub/Sub for real-time data processing.

## Description

* Develop scalable, secure data pipelines from on-premise systems to Google Cloud Platform services like BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
 * Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs, including upgrades and deployments.
 * Build and maintain high-quality, high-performance, and scalable software solutions.
 * Develop transformation libraries in Python/Beam, implementing common SCD patterns, data quality checks, and masking routines.
 * Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications.
 * Document and demonstrate solutions by creating clear documentation.
