## About the Role

* 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).

## Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to support ongoing projects and day-to-day SAP PM operations for a leading client in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SAP PM experience, including configuration, functional specification development for RICEFW objects, and production support., * Provide functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) for ongoing projects and daily business operations.

 * Develop detailed functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
 * Configure and maintain SAP PM functionalities based on business requirements.
 * Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
 * Work closely with technical teams to support the development, testing, and implementation of RICEFW objects.
 * Handle and resolve SAP PM support tickets, incidents, and service requests within agreed timelines.
 * Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate resolutions.
 * Support functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure smooth system operations.
 * Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration documents, and support-related records.
