* Over 12+ Years of Experience
 * 5+ years working in a mainframe operations environment providing an operational, service, consultancy or support role
 * Demonstrated strong written and communications skills
 * The ability to use TSO and ISPF
 * JCL skills.
 * Ability to write REXX and Working Knowledge of the System Automation Policy Database (PDB)
 * z/OS Automation Migration Projects
 * NetView for z/OS; System Automation for z/OS
 * Knowledge of other Z software, including the system operation, configuration and automation, z/OS system startup and shutdown, SMP/E
 * Knowledge of the products that compete against the IBM products listed previously.
 * Knowledge with fully automated system configurations on IBM Z
