## Description

We are seeking a dedicated Firmware Test Engineer to join our dynamic product development team specializing in embedded electronics. In this role, you will focus on developing and expanding Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing capabilities, working closely with firmware engineers and product development teams to enhance product quality and test coverage. This position offers significant flexibility for remote work, with occasional on-site presence required in the Milwaukee area on short notice., * Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for embedded electronic products.

 * Build and expand Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments.
 * Develop Python-based automated test frameworks and scripts.
 * Collaborate with firmware engineers throughout product development and validation efforts.
 * Set up, wire, configure, and troubleshoot embedded hardware systems and test equipment.
 * Investigate failures, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
 * Validate firmware functionality through automated and manual testing.
 * Contribute to test strategy, test architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
