The department identifies the long-term view of our processes and systems so that IT investments generate business value. IT manages networks, application and database servers, systems monitoring and operations, and end-user help desk services to enable safe and secure transaction processing for Dealer Tire., * Design, develop, manage, maintain and support translation maps, application programs, batch scripts and integration points to meet business and trading partner requirements. * Perform system configuration, mapping, testing and management for EDI/Integration-based transactions and processes. * Interact with network engineering, application development and database administration functions to ensure availability, reliability and scalability of EDI systems to meet business demands. * Research, recommend, implement and support enhancements that improve the sustainability, reliability and performance of core Integration systems. * Collaborate with users for the coordination, implementation and communication of the organization's Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Integration systems, including inbound/outbound document receiving, delivery and tracking, process audits, document mapping, service providers and integration points. * Ensure EDI-related production processes and procedures are maintained and properly executed, including development activities, change requests and enterprise integration projects. * Provide support to trading partners, business users, service providers and IT staff.
