We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives involving service activation, provisioning, and operational support systems. This role requires a proven project management foundation combined with a strong technical background and the ability to partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.

The ideal candidate is not only skilled in managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies, but also possesses hands-on knowledge of telecommunications platforms, OSS/BSS environments, and service activation workflows. Candidates should be comfortable engaging in technical discussions, understanding system integrations, and translating technical requirements into successful project outcomes., Experience with the following:

## Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Project Manager IV - BSS/OSS in Maryland Heights, MO., * Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical projects and programs

 * Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, risks, issues, and dependencies
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, operations, product, and business stakeholders
 * Facilitate project planning, status reporting, executive communications, and governance activities
 * Drive project execution from initiation through implementation and operational transition
 * Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
 * Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining delivery timelines and quality standards
 * Track project metrics, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
