## About the Role

* Strong SQL skills, including relational data modeling (ERD) and query optimization
 * Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET
 * Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills (written and verbal)
 * Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with clients and teammates
 * Strong customer service mindset; able to clearly explain technical concepts
 * Degree or coursework in Computer Science; experience with Crystal Reports, Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint, Azure, VBA, SSIS, and languages like C#, VB.NET, PHP, C++, Python, React, and Node.js is a plus
Requirements

 * Reliable transportation + valid driver's license (for occasional local travel)
 * Must pass a background check
 * Authorized to work in the U.S.
Note: This is a full-time hybrid-remote position based in the Miami area. While much of the work can be performed remotely, candidates must be available for onsite client support as needed. Candidates will be subject to a background check and a 90-day probationary period.

## Description

We're hiring a Data Analyst to develop data-driven solutions that drive client value. This includes working with Oracle databases, writing PL/SQL queries, developing reports and dashboards, and supporting custom software implementations.
Key Responsibilities

 * Write and optimize PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
 * Develop Crystal Reports and Power BI dashboards
 * Analyze data from Oracle LOB ERP systems
 * Perform database extractions and migrations
 * Gather business requirements to deliver tailored data solutions, while troubleshooting, documenting, and resolving client issues efficiently
