The role is pivotal in powering intelligent products and data-driven decision-making through a comprehensive approach across the full model lifecycle. **What you'll do:** + Develop machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions to support intelligent products. + Prototype scalable predictive, classification, and optimization solutions. + Integrate modern generative AI techniques, including LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering. + Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows. + Collaborate with data engineering, product, and MLOps teams to establish rigorous experimental designs. + Monitor model fairness and governance to ensure ethical AI practices. + Translate complex algorithmic outcomes into production-ready systems and impactful stakeholder insights. **What you need:** + US Citizen with an Active TS/SCI CIP + Bachelor's degree in a related field. + Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing machine learning models and analytics solutions. +
