## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
 * 5+ years of Aerospace systems, control development or hardware/software experience.
 * Strong knowledge of MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, IBM Rhapsody, etc.) and methodologies (e.g., SysML).
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and requirements.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

## Description

* Participate in Aerospace MBSE Workstream to architect, implement and maintain standard MBSE reference models and style guides in Cameo, including custom Meta Models and Stereotypes.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in A&TS to adopt Honeywell Aerospace MBSE processes and best practices.
 * Provide technical guidance, training and support to A&TS group for the use of Cameo and other MBSE tools.
 * Develop and enable Digital Thread integrations use cases to for A&TS group, between Cameo and other key Digital Engineering Tools (DOORS NG, Teamcenter).
 * Lead A&TS MBSE pilot projects and proposal responses.
