## Description

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a Troubleshooting team responsible for the stability and reliability of complex, cloud-based, production-grade systems. This is a hands-on backend role - you'll work close to real production issues, distributed systems, and architecture decisions, not just feature delivery. The role sits at the intersection of Python and Java/Spring Boot, so strong, recent, real-world experience across both is essential to succeed here., * Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Java/Spring Boot

 * Investigate and resolve complex production issues across distributed systems, performing deep root cause analysis
 * Build and evolve microservices architectures deployed in cloud environments
 * Design, query, and optimize data models using PostgreSQL
 * Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
 * Collaborate closely with engineering peers to improve system observability, stability, and resilience
 * Partner cross-functionally to define, implement, and troubleshoot integrations and platform features
 * Take ownership of technical problems end-to-end, from investigation through resolution
