## About the Role

This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. **You Will Bring These Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with at least 10 years of progressive engineering experience. + Experience formally leading engineering teams and/or organizations + Demonstrated performance executing integration (make it work) and test (prove it) on an engineering development program. + Demonstrated experience with agile software/hardware integration + Experience in incremental verification of capabilities including integration and testing of initial and follow-on verification and fielding events + Experience addressing cost, schedule, and technical quality for an engineering development project or systems integration project. + Advanced knowledge within a single engineering discipline and experience across disciplines. + Experience with complex engineering tools and processes (engineering standards,
