## About the Role

The ideal candidate brings technical depth, program discipline, strong communication, and the ability to drive results across ambiguous, high-impact initiatives. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** + Establish scope, milestones, program plans, dependencies, risks, and execution strategies for complex technical programs. + Manage cross-functional initiatives that impact product, business, infrastructure, operational readiness, or customer commitments. + Lead program execution across engineering, release management, operations, customer success, and stakeholder teams. + Identify and manage highly complex issues, bottlenecks, risks, and tradeoffs; escalate with clear options and recommendations when appropriate. + Develop program standards, operating mechanisms, reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and models to improve execution visibility. + Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies across workstreams. +
Facilitate technical discussions, align priorities, resolve blockers, and maintain effective communication with leadership and stakeholders. + Act as a liaison across stakeholder teams to protect customer success and Oracle commitments. **Minimum Qualifications** + U.S. Citizenship with active US Government security clearance, TS/SCI with Poly, at hire. + 11 years of experience as a Program Manager leading large technical programs, development or implementation projects, or complex cross-functional programs from conception to delivery; or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7 years of such experience; or master's degree and 5 years; or doctorate and 3 years. + Demonstrated technical leadership, cross-functional program leadership, roadmap management, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills. + Experience managing program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resourcing, reporting, and executive communications. + Demonstrated ability to work
