## Description

Lead development and architecture efforts for complex financial applications across enterprise initiatives
Oversee application quality through development, integration, testing, staging, and production deployments
Resolve application, database, and system issues using structured troubleshooting techniques
Drive process improvement, development standards, technical roadmaps, and engineering best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable business solutions
Act as subject matter expert supporting application maintenance, enhancements, and modernization efforts
