## About the Role

* Hands-on experience supporting Zscaler, including ZIA and ZCC
 * Strong troubleshooting skills in network security and operational support
 * Experience with Cisco AnyConnect VPN support
 * Ability to support F5 proxy environments, including BIG-IP
 * Familiarity with Check Point firewall support
 * Excellent end-user support and communication skills

## Description

Join a team focused on strengthening network security by supporting critical technologies that help protect users, applications, and infrastructure. This role is ideal for a hands-on security professional who enjoys solving complex issues, improving service reliability, and working across VPN, proxy, zero trust network access, and firewall environments.
Responsibilities

 * Provide second- and third-level support for network security tools and related infrastructure
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving VPN access, internet proxy services, zero trust network access, and firewall platforms
 * Support end users with technical issues while delivering clear, helpful communication
 * Assist with backend and infrastructure support to maintain the stability and performance of security systems
 * Work through incidents and escalations with a strong focus on problem-solving and root-cause analysis
 * Participate in two interview rounds, including technical and management discussions
 * Work in a US daytime schedule with remote or hybrid flexibility
