* Experience: 12+ years in IT, with 8+ years dedicated to enterprise performance engineering/load testing, and 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
 * Core Load Testing Platform: NeoLoad (Expert-level required; certification preferred).
 * Enterprise Tech Stack: Strong experience performance testing SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CM, SAP Datasphere, and Dynamics CRM.
 * Architectural Expertise:
 + Workload modeling using historical metrics & defining NFRs/SLOs/SLAs.
 + REST/SOAP APIs, middleware queues, event-driven integrations, and batch processing optimization.
 + Cloud/hybrid infrastructure, JVM metrics, database tuning, and capacity planning.
 * Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field. AWS or Azure Cloud certifications are a plus.

## Description

We are seeking a SAP Performance Architect to drive and own the end-to-end performance engineering strategy for a large-scale enterprise transformation., * Strategy & Governance: Lead performance planning across SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.

 * Automation: Oversee NeoLoad administration, build reusable scripting frameworks, and automate performance regression testing.
 * Monitoring & Diagnostics: Analyze end-to-end response times, system bottlenecks, and resource utilization across application, database, and cloud platforms.
 * Stakeholder Management: Present risk assessments, root-cause analyses, and mitigation strategies directly to leadership.
