* 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Platforms, Analytics Engineering, Data Integration, or related disciplines.
 * 2+ years of experience supporting Manufacturing, Industrial IoT (IoT), Operational Technology (OT), Supply Chain, Logistics, Asset Management, or other operationally intensive environments.
 * Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise data pipelines.
 * Strong SQL and Python development skills.
 * Experience integrating multiple enterprise and operational data sources.
 * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure preferred).
 * Experience supporting production data solutions and enterprise analytics environments.
 * Experience implementing data quality, validation, and monitoring processes.
 * Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and event-based data.
