## Description

Innovien is supporting a large-scale network modernization for a national enterprise whose footprint spans data centers, colocation facilities, and distribution sites. We're hiring a Data Center Infrastructure & Operations Lead to own the physical layer: the racks, the cabling, and the crews that keep it all running. If you can splice fiber in the morning and run a vendor walkthrough in the afternoon, this is the seat., * Own day-to-day operations across owned data centers, third-party colocation facilities, and distribution technology rooms, including rack and stack, equipment installs, moves/adds/changes, and remote hands support

 * Set and enforce structured cabling and fiber standards, and get hands-on with splicing, termination, and testing when the work calls for it
 * Lead technicians, cabling crews, and subcontractors, and verify vendor workmanship and test results
 * Run cabling remediation, MDF/IDF builds, and data center cleanup projects from scope through handoff
 * Serve as primary contact for colocation providers and back up senior data center leadership, while keeping rack elevations, floor plans, cable schedules, network diagrams, and power layouts current
