* 2+ years of hands-on data center/server hardware experience

 * Linux CLI and log troubleshooting experience

## Description

We are hiring a hands-on Data Center Technician for a 100% onsite position in Memphis, TN. This person will support day-to-day data center operations, including troubleshooting servers, replacing hardware components, performing system maintenance, and resolving hardware issues., * Troubleshoot and repair server hardware

 * Replace components such as hard drives, NICs, GPUs, and other server parts
 * Use Linux command line and review system logs
 * Perform hardware deployments, firmware upgrades, and system testing
 * Support basic networking troubleshooting
 * Manage service tickets, parts inventory, and documentation
 * Coordinate with support and data center facility teams
