* 5+ years of UI or frontend engineering experience.

## Description

Own the design, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of assigned services or feature areas within the professional discipline. Deliver operational targets with significant impact on departmental results, resolve difficult problems through detailed analysis, and communicate technical information to ensure understanding across partner teams.
The role reports to our Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday.
Overview of Responsibilities

 * Own the design, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of one or more frontend services or feature areas within the assigned engineering domain.
 * Translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical designs through detailed analysis and investigation.
 * Build accessible, high-performing interfaces and contribute to the shared design system.
 * Explain technical designs and recommended changes to engineering, Product, and Design partners and ensure shared understanding.
 * Provide technical guidance and training to associate and intermediate engineers; may delegate work and review work products.
 * Operate assigned services independently and seek leadership guidance for decisions with broader architectural, financial, security, or organizational implications., The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by people assigned to this work.
