Action's most important supporting platforms. You translate business challenges into
scalable, future-proof ServiceNow solutions and ensure our platform continues to
support Action's rapid international growth.

development from concept through implementation.

As ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will:

 * Design end-to-end ServiceNow platform solutions that support Action's\u00a0business objectives.
 * Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable and future-proof\u00a0solution designs.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business domains to understand\u00a0challenges and define the best solution approach.
 * Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, architectural\u00a0principles and ServiceNow best practices.
 * Identify, manage and reduce technical debt while contributing to the long-term
 * platform roadmap.
 * Support development and operations teams during implementation and validate\u00a0that delivered solutions meet architectural standards.
 * Drive continuous improvement and challenge existing processes where better\u00a0solutions are available.
 * Communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
 * Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology departments,\u00a0developers and architects.
 * Contribute to the further growth, adoption and maturity of the ServiceNow\u00a0platform across Action.
