## About the Role

Must have an Active SC Clearance
An Active DV Clearance would be an advantage but must be willing to undergo once started

 - This senior-level position requires strong hands-on enterprise storage experience and flexibility to support project activities outside standard working hours when required., 5-10 years' experience implementing, migrating and supporting enterprise storage technologies at 2nd and 3rd Line level.
 - Strong knowledge of file and block storage technologies.
 - Strong Dell EMC storage and Unisphere experience.
 - Strong Brocade SAN Switch and SANnav knowledge.
 - Good NetApp and Hewlett Packard storage experience.
 - Experience with enterprise storage migration and transformation projects.
 - Veritas NetBackup experience.
 - Knowledge of HBA configuration and multipathing.
 - Experience supporting storage across Windows and Linux, including RHEL and SLES.
 - Knowledge of AIX and Solaris environments.
 - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 - Good understanding of ITIL Service Management, particularly Incident and Change Management.
 - Strong teamwork, communication and workload management skills.

## Description

Implement, configure, maintain and troubleshoot file and block storage technologies.

 - Deliver storage migration and transformation activities across Live, Development and Test environments.
 - Support Dell EMC storage devices and Unisphere.
 - Configure and support Brocade SAN Switches and SANnav.
 - Support NetApp and Hewlett Packard enterprise storage technologies.
 - Administer and support Veritas NetBackup.
 - Support HBA configuration and multipathing across enterprise server environments.
 - Work across Windows, Linux, AIX and Solaris operating systems.
 - Diagnose complex storage incidents and provide effective technical resolutions.
 - Deliver storage changes in line with established ITIL Incident and Change Management processes.
