## About the Role

* You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration with an IT focus or a related field.
 * You have a strong interest in AI, Automation, Digital Transformation and the practical application of emerging technologies in a business environment.
 * You are confident using Microsoft 365 applications and ideally have gained first experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot or comparable technologies.
 * Initial experience supporting change initiatives, delivering training sessions or developing automation solutions is beneficial but not required.
 * You communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing and basic knowledge of German.
 * You have strong communication and facilitation skills, feel comfortable engaging with stakeholders and are confident presenting topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * You combine a customer-centric mindset with a structured and proactive way of working and enjoy collaborating across international and multidisciplinary teams.

Advantageous, but not essential

 * Dutch language skills.

## Description

To start as soon as possible, part time, fixed term (20 hours/week)

Join the Delivery Enablement team within RWE Generation SE IT in Essen and help shape how digital solutions create value across the business. In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI, Automation, Business Intelligence and IT demand management. Supporting both the Center of Excellence for AI, Automation & BI and the IT Business Partner guild, you will contribute to the adoption of innovative technologies, engage with business stakeholders and gain valuable insights into how IT and business collaborate to drive digital transformation., * Support the adoption of AI, Automation and BI solutions by advising users on tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents and low-code technologies.

 * Contribute to the development, testing and implementation of proof of concepts, automation solutions and business-focused AI use cases.
 * Support the planning and delivery of training sessions, discovery workshops and community events to promote digital ways of working across RWE Generation SE.
 * Create, maintain and continuously improve communication materials, SharePoint content, newsletters, best practices and use case documentation.
 * Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and automation and support change and adoption initiatives across the organisation.
 * Support IT Business Partners in managing strategic technology and IT infrastructure-related requests, while helping further develop collaboration approaches, workflows and AI-enabled ways of working.
 * Assist in managing the lifecycle of new software requests, including governance support, stakeholder communication, qualification, status tracking and coordination between business and IT.
