## About the Role

Experience of working on major data migration projects for large customers (working on a COINS data migration project would be advantageous)Experience of writing, testing and refining AI scripts, preferably within Virtuoso or a comparable AI-enabled software platform would be advantageousSystems support and administration experienceSQL query tools and databasesPower BI experience is desirableAdvanced Excel is desirable
Qualifications and Training
ITIL Foundation CertificationGood knowledge of SQL, and knowledge of other query toolsAdditional IT professional qualifications such as BCS Diploma is desirable
Skills and Aptitude
Working knowledge of accounting/ERP software.Good understanding of Information technology and relational Databases.Ability to query data using SQL, together with experience of writing, testing and refining AI scripts.Good communicator with the ability to understand operational sensitivities, such that migration tasks take full account of these.A problem solver with an analytical mind to think through problems and arrive at the most appropriate solution.Focused on meeting deadlines and will go the extra mile to ensure that compromises are not made to achieve them.Enthusiastic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Ability to work across functions to ensure the needs of all stakeholders are met.

## Description

The role of System Support Analyst reports to the System Support Team Leader and will manage and provide second-line system support for the business COINS system.
Principal accountabilities of the role include:
Supporting all future system upgrades of the COINS softwareTo be responsible for all data aspects of the COINS platform to ensure the highest level of data integritySupport, assist and undertake data migration and testing activities for regular service packs and upgrades as well as new functionality and enhancements to the system or existing processesAssist in the development and maintenance of any existing or potential integration with other Bellway systemsSupport and maintain 3rd Party products, notably payment solutions and submissions to HMRC and other bodies
Duties and responsibilities:
The following list of duties and responsibilities is intended to reflect the principal elements of the System Support Analyst role only and is therefore not exhaustive:
Develop a strong working knowledge of the COINS softwareManaging and resolving issues/queries from Divisional Super UsersDiagnose and troubleshoot faults and determine best solutions, escalating serious issues to Business Systems & Processes Team/software provider/partnerSystem administration of the COINS system e.g. access rights, new user accounts etcManage and maintain Central Data Repository for use by divisions including new supplier requestsMonitoring and maintenance of the IT Service Desk solution. Develop use of this solution within the business and provide stakeholders with performance data and insightSupport system changes and upgrades to the COINS system, including provision of appropriate user acceptance testing evidence as directedDocument all test processes and ensure this documentation is kept currentMonitor any replication processes from COINS to the SQL Server data warehouse for group/divisional reporting requirementsContribute to the development, testing and maintenance
of AI scripts within VirtuosoAssist in the development of COINS reporting and application of the BI software to support the delivery of a robust reporting suiteCarry out any other reasonable tasks in accordance with business needs as requested.
