## About the Role

High school or equivalent diploma

 - Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
 - Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation
 - Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery
 - Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS and DHCP)
 - Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting

## Description

This role is a technical on-premise position supporting internal employees. This position requires hands-on experience in supporting PC hardware, software and internal tooling for employees.
