## About the Role

Your Profile & Recommended Experience Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, Fargate, DynamoDB/RDS) or GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, BigQuery).
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, with fluency in another language.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Serverless Framework).
A passion for automating processes.
Knowledge of containers (Docker, Container Orchestration like Kubernetes/ECS/GKE).
A genuine interest in AI/ML concepts and technologies, with a desire to grow into a specialized AI Engineering role.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality work and promoting best practices in software engineering.
Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
Stay updated with new technologies in the AI space.

Nice to Have Direct experience with advanced AI tools and platforms, such as Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.
Familiarity with frameworks for building complex, multi-step generative AI applications, like LangGraph.
Experience with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication or coordination patterns in AI systems.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot or similar platforms (e.g., Kiro, Cursor).

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions, emphasizing AI-enabled applications and infrastructure.
Lead and participate in technical projects and deployments of AI systems.
Provide guidance and mentoring to team members on best practices in AI engineering.
Utilize best practices (e.g., MLOps, AIOps) to enhance products, services, and processes related to AI.
Optimize existing model serving and data pipelines to meet evolving performance and security requirements.
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and data science teams.
Lead functional projects or work streams focused on AI infrastructure and tooling.
