## About the Role

* Experience supporting cloud-based production environments.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure.
 * Experience within a Windows environment.
 * Good understanding of infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Understanding of cyber security, vulnerability management and infrastructure security.
 * Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.

We are looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals, a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.

## Description

* Supporting and maintaining cloud-hosted production, development and test environments.
 * Investigating and resolving infrastructure, application, database and networking issues.
 * Managing and improving cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure.
 * Monitoring platform performance, reliability and security.
 * Identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities.
 * Improving operational processes through automation and documentation.
 * Supporting disaster recovery planning and testing.
