## About the Role

 * Coding ability in languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript.

What you'll bring

 * Extensive experience in software verification and test automation, including scripting automated test suites (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured) integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
 * Education & Foundational Benchmark: Technical NVQ Level 3/4, STEM degree, or equivalent software testing experience.
 * Professional Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or BCS Software Testing certification; ITIL Foundation; test automation tool-specific accreditation (e.g. Tricentis Tosca AS1/AS2, Selenium) advantageous.

## Description

As a Test Automation Engineer, you design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to verify system functionality, performance, and security throughout each sprint. You ensure automated tests are reliable and seamlessly integrated into CI/CD pipelines, supporting faster releases and confident, high-quality deployments., * Script Development: Write maintainable, reusable, and robust automated test scripts for APIs, microservices, and user interfaces.

 * Pipeline Execution: Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated regression testing occurs with every build.
 * Defect Investigation: Analyze test failures, log defects with detailed reproduction steps, and verify fixes provided by developers.
