## Description

Lead the design and delivery of scalable Java backend services using Spring Boot, microservices, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Kubernetes. Combine hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring, and ownership of backend quality and reliability., * Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.

 * Define service boundaries, API contracts, integration patterns, and technical standards.
 * Deploy and manage containerized applications on GCP using Docker and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
 * Lead technical discussions, code reviews, solution design, and development estimates.
 * Mentor developers and collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
 * Implement security, automated testing, logging, monitoring, and performance improvements.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
 * Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure timely delivery of maintainable solutions.
