## Description

* Lead Oracle HCM quarterly testing and system upgrades, including reviewing updates, assessing impacts, validating functionality, and identifying potential issues.
 * Maintain HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through routine audits, reconciliations, and data quality checks.
 * Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support business needs and leadership decision-making.
 * Analyze HR and recruiting data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
 * Support HR technology projects, including system enhancements, implementations, workflow automation, and process improvements.
 * Partner with HRIS, HR Operations, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system and data issues and recommend solutions.
 * Create and maintain SOPs, system workflows, technical documentation, and process standards across HR systems.
 * Manage multiple HR technology and data initiatives while ensuring deadlines, data accuracy, and business requirements are met.
