Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister (IT-Betreuung, SAP, Salesforce)

 * Koordination und Kontrolle der laufenden IT-Betreuung
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern im Bereich SAP und Salesforce
 * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Performance und SLA-Einhaltung

Projektmanagement & Koordination

 * Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
 * Enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
 * Monitoring von Projektfortschritt, Budget und Ressourcen

Strategische Weiterentwicklung der IT & internationale Betreuung

 * Ausbau und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Identifikation von Digitalisierungspotenzialen
 * Einführung moderner Technologien und Prozesse
 * Betreuung der IT-Themen in Deutschland und UK
