 * Erfahrung in der Planung von Design-Thinking-Workshops (mindestens 1 Referenz)
 * Erfahrung in der Rolle Agile Coach (ab 3 Jahre)
 * Erfahrung im Risikomanagement (ab 5 Jahre)
 * Scrum Master (Zertifikat Scrum Master PSM I)
