Reporting & Data Analytics * Ensure configuration and data is structured to facilitate AI engagement and reporting. * Develop and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards using best-practice reporting techniques, such as leveraging wildcards for dynamic data filtering. * Deliver ad hoc data extracts and system audits to provide business leadership with visibility into project metrics and resource utilization. * Create a shared "Report Library" with standardized templates for common business questions to discourage the creation of redundant or inaccurate reports. Cross-Functional & Strategic Leadership * Manage the organization's release schedule and conduct impact assessments for all new features before rollout. * Develop and distribute release notes and provide training to end-users on new functionality or process changes. * Advise on Workfront best practices, change management, and governance; work closely with stakeholders to align Workfront configurations with team-specific workflows. * Establish a Workfront "Center of Excellence" or user champion group that meets regularly to gather feedback, discuss upcoming roadmap changes, and identify areas for process improvement.
