## About the Role

Service Desk Analyst | Onsite We're looking for a motivated Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support for onsite users and remote locations.
This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, Windows 11, and Office 365 issues, assisting with system installations and maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: + 5+ years of IT support experience or CompTIA A+/Network+ certification + Strong troubleshooting skills in desktop support, networking, and end-user support + Experience with Windows 11, Office 365, and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity) + Excellent customer service and communication skills + Ability to work onsite 5 days per week (8-hour shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM) + MacOS experience preferred + MSP or multi-site support experience is a plus + Self-starter who enjoys solving complex technical issues in a dynamic environment Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Carrollton, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60320.00/yr.
