## Description

The Network Analyst will perform a variety of tasks related to providing support for desktop; server; and network environments., * Install, upgrade, and support Server and Computer hardware/software

 * Assist with planning and implementation of IT projects as directed
 * Analyze system faults, troubleshoot, and run diagnostic tests on operating system and hardware to detect problems
 * Initiate preventive maintenance on systems and be capable of repairing issues as they arise
 * Strong experience with enterprise networking solutions including WAN, LAN, Wireless and VPN technologies
 * Experience with VMWare virtual server and workstation environments
 * Collaborate with vendors as directed
 * Mentor others in the performance of their job duties where applicable
 * Communicate effectively with all contacts
 * Accept and adapt easily to change
 * Support all company policies and procedures
 * Performs other duties as assigned
