## About the Role

* Three (3) to five (5) years of related software development or application integration experience, including implementation and testing of APIs and automated workflows.\n
 * A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant education, training, and experience is preferred.\n
 * Proficiency in one or more programming languages appropriate to enterprise integrations, such as C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python; ability to work within the approved project technology stack.\n
 * Experience developing and troubleshooting REST API integrations, webhooks, connectors, or plugins and implementing reliable event processing, error handling, and recovery.\n
 * Experience integrating SaaS applications with enterprise identity, Microsoft 365, or business systems and applying secure authentication, authorization, and credential-handling practices.\n
 * Experience with version control, code review, automated testing, defect resolution, and controlled software releases.\n
 * Ability to implement metadata mapping, records capture, audit logging, and retention-related rules from approved business and records requirements.\n
 * Ability to develop technical documentation and contribute to accessibility testing, security testing, and deployment evidence under applicable Federal, DHS, and CISA requirements.\n
 * Hands-on DocuSign eSignature API or SDK, Connect webhook, template, and routing experience is preferred.\n
 * Experience supporting Federal systems, NARA records requirements, Section 508 accessibility, and security authorization activities is preferred.\n
 * Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automated security checks in collaboration with DevSecOps teams is preferred.\n
 * A relevant software development or cloud development certification is preferred.\n
 * Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain the required DHS/CISA Entry on Duty or fitness determination, background investigation, and authorized system access.\n
