## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
 * 3-5 years of network engineering experience
 * Strong experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless technologies
 * Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively
 * Ability to participate in on-call rotation
 * Ability to travel xrbllit as required, * CCNA or CCNP certification
 * Experience with:
 * SD-WAN / SD-LAN technologies
 * Cloud networking (Azure, AWS)
 * Load balancing (F5)
 * WAN optimization (Riverbed)
 * Experience in multi-site or manufacturing environments

Some of the key skills we are looking for are:

 * BGP/OSPF routing
 * Cisco Nexus Spine/leaf
 * OT networking
 * Firewall/network segmentation (Palo Alto would be ideal)

## Description

Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance. Contribute to network optimization and support Manufacturing expansion initiatives.

 * Design, implement, and maintain WAN, LAN, WLAN, and cloud network solutions
 * Lead troubleshooting of complex network issues and outages
 * Monitor and optimize network performance, capacity, and availability
 * Support expansion projects:
 * Assist in network design for new sites and upgrades
 * Execute deployment, configuration, and testing activities
 * Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors
 * Conduct network audits, failover testing, and disaster recovery exercises
 * Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standards
 * Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams
 * Mentor Network Engineer I team members
 * Support vendor selection, evaluation, and implementation
