## Description

We're looking for hands-on PC LAN technician to support a large-scale computer refresh project across 30+ county departments. This role is ideal for someone with desktop support experience who enjoys troubleshooting, configuring computers, and helping end users., * Set up, configure, image, and reimage Windows desktops and laptops.

 * Install software and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
 * Assist users with Outlook, printers, network access, and device setup.
 * Track IT equipment, maintain inventory, and update asset records in ServiceNow.
 * Support PC deployment, equipment refreshes, and quality checks.
