Salary Range: $98,200 - $214,600/AnnuallyQualifications All items are required: + Minimum 8 years or more of progressively responsible experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting + Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Interprets and models complex healthcare data, including managed care claims, authorizations, and provider datasets + Applies advanced knowledge of business intelligence practices, analytical methodologies, and industry best practices + Utilizes advanced SQL skills in enterprise databases such as MS SQL Server or Oracle + Experience using Python for data processing, automation, and analytics workflows + Designs and validates complex dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI + Translates complex business questions into technical specifications, data models, and analytical solutions + Resolves highly complex data quality, integration, and reporting
