In this role, you will: * Decompose customer requirements and use cases into system capabilities and functions * Perform requirements tracing to ensure that the necessary system and subsystems are developed in accordance with customer requirements/expectations * Lead the development of MBSE models depicting system architecture and system activity/sequence diagrams * Drive completion of various SE CDRL documents, including (but not limited to): SEMP, ICD, SDD's, TEMP * Manage overall system CONOPs to ensure planned modernization capabilities continue to meet the overall mission needs * Functionally manage the team of engineers supporting this effort, including (but not limited to) Timecard approval, career growth discussions, manage trainings PLEASE NOTE * This position may require travel to customer sites throughout the KSA. * This position may occasionally support off-hours test events, including overnight and weekend activities.
