## About the Role

* Associates Degree in Information Systems or related field
 * 1 year of relevant technical experience
 * Microsoft Certifications a plus but not required.
 * Strong knowledge of PC desktop support
 * Basic Level knowledge of Server support
 * Basic Level knowledge of Network Device Support
 * Ability to Speak Spanish
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to work with minimal supervision.
 * Valid driver's license.
 * Dependable transportation.
 * Ability to work some nights and weekends and as required.
 * Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

## Description

* Install PC's at Client Locations
 * Troubleshoot issues as they arise with workstations, Email, cloud services, printers and any other technology in use by the company.
 * Manage Active Directory/ Exchange Online
 * Setup and Troubleshoot network printers and other peripherals.
 * Diagnose and repair software and hardware issues.
 * Communicate and interact with end users and internal staff to resolve IT related issues.
