## About the Role

* Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, 3PL fulfillment, or IT staging & pre-configuration management.
 * Knowledge: Familiarity with basic IT and telecom hardware (e.g., switches, routers, access points, servers, etc.).

 * Software Proficiency:

 + Proficiency with Enterprise WMS, ERP, or Inventory Management software.
 + Hands-on experience with MS Excel/Google Sheets
 * Detail Orientation: High attention to detail regarding serial numbers, MAC addresses, part numbers, and kit bill-of-materials.
 * Physical Demands: Ability to lift to 50 lbs., operate hand trucks/pallet jacks, and stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse/integration environment., * Experience in an IT Integration Center, Managed Service Provider (MSP), or Telecom VAR (Value-Added Reseller) environment.
 * Knowledge of ITIL asset management principles or reverse logistics / RMA processes.
 * Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).

## Description

The IT Logistics Coordinator is a blended role supporting customer deployment projects through warehouse operations and device pre-staging. The position helps manage inventory in a 3PL warehouse and coordinates the tracking, kitting, preparation, and shipment of IT and telecommunications equipment., * Receive, unbox, and scan product information, and inventory allocation for incoming IT and telecom hardware.

 * Assist in inventory control audits to maintain 100% stock accuracy across active project staging queues.
 * Track customer-owned equipment, ancillary parts, and RMA returns. Coordinate hardware movement between storage areas and configuration/staging benches to support production workflow.
 * Perform various pre-staging duties which include general factory resets, firmware upgrades, loading pre-configured files, and capturing speed tests
 * Assemble custom site-ready kits, ensuring all primary devices & ancillary parts, and documentation are complete.
 * Prepare shipping manifests, bills of lading (BOL), export documentation (if applicable), and tracking notifications for client project managers.
 * Other duties as assigned.
