## Description

* Begleitung und Unterstützung mehrerer agiler Teams innerhalb eines Agile Release Trains (ART)
 * Förderung der teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation
 * Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von Scrum- und SAFe-Praktiken
 * Planung, Moderation und Durchführung von PI Plannings, Iteration Plannings, Reviews und Retrospektiven
 * Durchführung von Inspect & Adapt Workshops
 * Coaching von Scrum Teams, Product Ownern, Product Managern und weiteren agilen Rollen
 * Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und Beseitigung von Impediments
 * Förderung einer wertorientierten und effizienten Zusammenarbeit
 * Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung agiler Metriken wie Flow, Predictability und Qualität
 * Unterstützung datengetriebener Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Backlogs, Features, Enablern und Abhängigkeiten in Jira
 * Unterstützung der Teams bei der strukturierten Nutzung von Jira und agilen Arbeitsweisen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern in komplexen Programm- und Projektumgebungen
