Must-Have Skills

 * Strong experience in GitHub Enterprise Administration (GHES/GHEC).
 * Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD, reusable workflows, and workflow orchestration.
 * Experience managing self-hosted GitHub runners, including autoscaling and secure execution environments.
 * Experience creating and managing GitHub Apps at the enterprise level.
 * Strong knowledge of GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS).
 * Hands-on Kubernetes administration using kubectl, Rancher, and Helm.
 * Experience managing Kubernetes resources, storage, pods, nodes, and namespaces.
 * Strong programming/scripting skills in Python or Java for automation.
 * Experience with GitHub REST/GraphQL APIs and GitHub CLI.
 * Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise GitHub platforms, CI/CD workflows, Kubernetes environments, and automation across multiple programming technologies.
