## Description

We're looking for a Lead Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Golang to design and build scalable, cloud-native services. This role will be solving the most critical problem in our platform, making key technical decisions, mentor engineers, and drive successful delivery., * Lead the design, development, and delivery of distributed backend systems using Golang.

 * Define architecture, technical standards, and best practices across the team.
 * Build and operate cloud-native applications on AWS.
 * Deploy and manage services using Kubernetes and Terraform.
 * Drive technical planning, estimation, and execution of large-scale initiatives.
 * Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver business outcomes.
 * Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching.
 * Ensure high standards for reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
