The role is recognized as an expert, developer, and advisor within the organization. This position requires traveling based on business needs. Responsibilities * Responsible to define business-led digital transformation vision, priorities, and roadmap for process digitalization together with divisional lead. * Authors digital applications, Statement of Work, articulating requirements and qualitative and quantitative end user insights and performance indicators and trends. * Assesses current state business processes, defines future state workflows required to accommodate digital solutions across Connection Systems. * Leads function team through business process and org change management. * Accountable for functional adoption of application, creating and leading continuous training. * Measures and communicates results of digital investments. * Act as CS division communication and coordination partner of digitalization activities requests and initiatives aligned with the central team. * Ensures technology supports well-defined, standardized, and value-driven business processes across CS division, including all functions. * Is a key person for defining core applications for use across the Connection Systems division. * Translates business objectives into consistently defined processes for effective digitization across regions. * Ensures production, quality, and supply chain operate as a connected value chain rather than as silos. * Maintains process integrity and governance during systems evolution or organizational changes.
