 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams IT-Administration
 * Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Administration und Betreuung von Server-, Storage-, Netzwerk- und Virtualisierungsumgebungen
 * Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheit, Backup- und Recovery-Konzepten sowie Berechtigungsmanagement
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Umfeld Digitalisierung und Infrastrukturmodernisierung
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Koordination mit internen Fachbereichen
 * Weiterentwicklung von IT-Prozessen nach aktuellen Standards
 * Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung sowie Ressourcensteuerung
 * Mitarbeit bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft eines kritischen Infrastrukturbetriebs
