 * A passion for education, mentorship, and helping students achieve their career goals., * Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, CEH, CISSP, or MCSE.
 * Previous teaching, technical training, mentoring, or instructional experience.
 * Experience with hands-on technical labs, network administration, cybersecurity, or systems management.
 * Familiarity with emerging technologies and current IT industry trends.
