## About the Role

* Solid hands-on experience developing on embedded Linux (Yocto-based systems ideal, but strong Debian-family experience - Ubuntu, Raspberry Pi OS, Knoppix - is also highly valued and transferable)

 * Real coding experience, not just configuration or system administration - you should be comfortable writing and debugging kernel drivers, BSPs, and application code, not just deploying or configuring existing images
\n

 * Strong C/C++ fundamentals
\n

 * Familiarity with build systems, version control, and cross-compilation toolchains
\n

 * Bonus: RTOS background is a plus, but this role is squarely focused on embedded Linux application development rather than RTOS-only work
